We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, our affiliates, and business partners (for example, when you click one of our ads), and we may combine it with information we collect directly.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide consultations, quotes, and the products and services you request;

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising. These include:
- Strictly necessary technologies required for the Services to function;
- Analytics such as Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the Services are used;

On our campaign landing pages we use a consent banner with Google Consent Mode. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are not activated until you provide consent, and you may decline. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and through tools such as the DAA opt-out, NAI opt-out, and Google’s Analytics opt-out. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

Mobile information & text messaging. No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS/text-messaging opt-in and consent — will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may share mobile information only with service providers that help us operate our messaging program (for example, our messaging platform), solely to provide that service on our behalf.
Some advertising and analytics activities (such as the use of cookies and pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising) may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in “Your Privacy Rights.”
5. Communications & SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your telephone number and submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by Merchant Club of America and our representatives at that number — including by phone call and SMS/text message, and including through automated technology — about your inquiry and our products and services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Calls and messages may be recorded or monitored where permitted by law. See our SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms for full details.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) may have the right to:
